Yalaha Bootlegging Company and Blue Bayou Farms are family-owned and operated business in Yalaha, Fl. Doug and the McCormack’s are generation farmers and moonshine distillers and are proud to be serving Central Florida organic blueberries and authentic moonshine.

Over the years, the McCormack family business of Yalaha Bootlegging Co. and Blue Bayou Farms has grown into a wonderful family operation. When you visit, there is a very good chance you’ll meet a member of the McCormack family. It could be owner Doug tending to the farm, or Dave working in the country story, or Sandi baking pies. There is a really good chance you’ll meet Amanda, Doug’s wife, or Grace and Emily, Doug’s children. It’s all about family at Yalaha Bootlegging Co. and Blue Bayou Farms.

The McCormack’s invite you to visit Yalaha Bootlegging Co. and Blue Bayou Farms for authentic moonshine, homemade pies, and local raw honey. If you visit Thursday - Sunday you’ll be able to enjoy some of the best BBQ in the area from our friend, Lovings BBQ. There is live music on Saturdays from 11a - 2:30p. Yalaha Bootlegging Co. and Blue Bayou Farms like to have a good time so be on the lookout for events happening at the still. As we say, come and sit a spell with us!
